Case Manager
KCHC is in search of a self-motivated, team-oriented individual to join our client care team, supporting individuals and families who are facing homelessness in our service area. Applicants should be interested in collaborating with a large network of community partners and supporters and should have the ability to be creative, persistent, flexible, and kind. The ideal Case Manager candidate will have experience in social services. Bachelor's degree required, knowledge of community resources and services a plus!

Shelter Support Staff (Per Diem)
Knox County Homeless Coalition (KCHC) is seeking per diem Shelter Support Staff to join our Hospitality House Family Shelter Team. The per diem staff will work on an as-needed basis.
The Hospitality House is KCHC’s extended stay family shelter, providing a warm, welcoming home, and sanctuary for community members struggling with homelessness. This is an entry-level position in a growing and exciting organization with opportunities for advancement for team players who demonstrate commitment, passion, and dedication. Overnight staff are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for all shelter residents. We are looking for a team player with an excellent attitude, a desire to learn and grow, and a commitment to helping families learn to help themselves. This position requires good judgment, flexibility, and the ability to multitask. A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience working in residential programs, client support, health and human services, or the medical field is a plus.
